Screaming seals...

I got a chilling feeling when a subject was brought up about seal clubbing...i have never really put much thought into it, i knew it existed but somehow i have never put it at the top of my list for (Fight for Freedom)....that lack of administration is what gave the ice rink coldness feeling.

It's a very popular subject when it comes to discussing animal cruelty in Canada ( N.B. One of my favourite country's ) Canadian seal clubbing  - and no it's not the flashing lights, smoke machine and latest shake what your mama gave ya music club - it's VERY VERY graphic, they basically do it for the seals skins, skins make shoes and a whole lot of ( Yay, these are so cool, i don't mind being ignorant about who was killed in order for me to get them, no, lets wear them to my BFF's party ).

Now we all may start singing South Parks "BLAME CANADA" song but the fact of the matter is, it's not just the maple freaks...it's in Africa too....yup, now who looks like a tosser?

NAMIBIA!!!!! They are culling ( nice word for an animal massacre ) more seals than Canadians. On the first of July....wait for it...85000 pups ( lil seal, babys) and 6000 bulls ( daddy seals ) will be beaten to death, but don't stress it happens every year so it's basically nothing out of the usual.....WTF.....

And you know the best thing about this is usually all types of company's preform all types of animal cruelty in this world, but we have one man and one alone....a name...an email address....someone that IS the problem. Feel free to let him have a peace of your mind....that's a nice way of saying...

Hatem is a unstable mentally disturbed piece of poo that needs to be taken far, far away so that he cannot do any harm to anyone or anything...I'm thinking we should give Harry Potter a call and have Hatem taken to Azkaban...mmm now that's a thought ( pondering).

Just a lil info on Hatem, he wears a necklace that is made from the teeth of a white whale he killed...sicko!

And he is apparently considered as an animal lover because of his clever thought of how to help seals by saying - " In order for them to feel less pain, they need to be killed with a club that has a nail in it."
WOW, what a trooper! ( note the sarcasm )

At the end of the day, killing thousands of animals and breaking thousands of family bonds makes you a killer...and i don't like animal cruelty at all (duh) so this is now going to be one of my top concerns.
I mean baby cubs get so scared when the men come to kill them that they throw up there mothers milk!

AHH!!

So do your part say something! Do something! Anything!......because we as animal lovers must give a voice to the unheard thoughts.

Freaking Frog Alert!

Good Afternoon my fellow activists, boy have i missed all of you! I'd love to chat about happy Christmas stories and fun new years but however DUTY CALLS!!!

I was alerted today by the S.P.C.A that there is a frog alert.

Now i must say i really, really, really, really can't stand frogs...YUK!!! ARG!!!
They are just gross and they are the first on my list of animals and insects i can't handle...N.B second is moths and third is Christmas beetles...YUK, just thinking about them all makes my skin crawl and my gag reflex is activated...

However, i would NEVER be ok with someone harming these gross lil things...I'm into fairness and i will fight for the rights of them either way...just don't rush me into holding them!

Now for the sadness and injustice...A company by the name of Solly's Angler's Corner in Vereeniging have been brutally abusing the rights of frogs...if fishing wasn't bad enough as it is now fishermen have a demand for live frogs. Not so that they can play with them NOOO, they will take them and pierce their body with a fishing hook and will throw them into the water to wait whilst their predator comes to take it's life and all they can do is bleed and wait.

Now it's not only the fact that they are piercing the frogs whilst conscious with dirty hooks ( oh, for some froggie facts - frogs skins are VERY sensitive and they can feel pain and lots of it just like us. ) it's the fact of how their lives were before they are sold to the piercing vile distinctive skum that are the customers.

They stay in buckets of water skwished with stax of other frogs, then for product marketing they are sold a lot of the time on the side of the road after they have been forced into bottles to stay there slowly suffocating...either way they are ( you know what i want to say )

However the N.S.P.C.A has got the law on their side according to Animal Protection Act No 71 of 1962 they cannot do that...woohoo finally the law is on our side!.

The problem is that dear old Solly's isn't the only branch and this causes a whole lot of frog issues...the best thing is that we all keep an eye out...if you find any people or company that is doing the same thing get hold of the N.S.P.C.A immediatly on 011-907-3590 or nspca@nspca.co.z

We as activists stand for what right...so stand up!

Keep on pushing for what's right so we can free the freaky froggies...and give them better lives in the wild where they are happy and far, far away from me :)

Apology with a bit of Mistle toe!

Hi all

I'm SOOOOOO SORRY that i haven't posted anything lately, i had to go to hospital for 10 days...it was hell.

But I'm back! However this is my last post for this year...during the Christmas i will be at home with no Internet access...AHHHH....dunno how i am going to survive? Any who first thing on 3 January I'll be back in action...

Lets take the time to look back...from animal testing to campaigns and demonstrations against KFC and boycotting the circus...plus dropping your clothes for a fur free cause and picketing for it to...on the animal activist front we have been busy!

We've sent the message out there and kept it up with persistence...our drive? PASSION...passion for animals, passion for justice, passion to have your say...pure fulfilling passion!

I feel kinda sad that we all wont speak on this blog during the festive season...i constantly have so much to say...

What can we do during the Christmas season to keep our passion alive? Buy your doggie or kitty a Christmas present, maybe a bone or a toy or a new blanket or bed...the fact is that amongst all the Christmas presents being bought and the budgets going a little over than expected. All this madness going on makes you forget the fact that your BFF is not enjoying Christmas with you because they don't feel the Christmas spirit...

THAT IS CRUEL....

It'll take you just a sec so when you are going to whatever store to pick up some doggie and kitty food, maybe even hamsters or birds! Get a small treat...and voila you have a very cool Christmas prezzie for the one you love!

Ah, can you believe the end of the year is right here? Shoo, it's gone so quickly.
