Excuses to kill.

Hi all

Happy Monday :)
I hate it when people around me say,"Arg, i hate Mondays cause it means i have to get back to work and bla, bla, bla " It causes negative energy as far as I'm concerned...the only reason why Monday is SH 1 T is because everyone is moody and sad....and so it spreads...well I'm kinda biased, because i HATE negativeve energy, it's catchy and poo. Nobody likes feeling down,so keep it to your self!

WOW, now that, that is off my chest...onto the important stuff...

Has anyone of you had a friend that is a game ranger, or maybe even knows someone that is obsessed with wild life - hey, it may even be yourself!....If you have I'm sure somewhere along the line you've heard of wildlife over population. It's a strange topic...once i got into an argument ( more like a disagreement that started going a little bit over board ) with this ickey brunette ( she was reallllyy ichy )she was saying that it is of utmost importance that lil bos manetjies go and kill some of the game in order for the other animals to have food and survive...W.T.F....why on earth she thought that i as a vegan and animal activist would find that totally acceptable and would agree with a cheery smile, i have no clue...silly chick!

So i  thought about it for awhile and i even decided to research it...i just couldn't live with that as being the only option? And I've always believed that where there is a will, there is a way.

Thankfully i found it, something that would make that icky chicky put here sock in her mouth...Immunocontraception ....YAY, it's my new fav happy word!

Immunocontraception is a birth control method that uses the body's immune response to prevent pregnancy. ...and it's been used in deer and horses and is even used at the zoo!

But then you have to think about it...why is there over populating, could it may be that they've taken all the predators away? Or maybe even kept them at a minimal?

It's bad enough that we took their land where they used to live and created some form of apartheid where they get sectioned off, but now we are controlling how big there family can be, and by forcefully removing the quantity's of extra cousins by death?

That's sick!

So sorry bos manatjies keep your rifles at bay because if you kill an animal and hide behind the idea of population control - sorry we all know, you will still be a murderer....

Population control, pish....this act should be taken into account for humans....there's so many of us that we are ruining the planet and eating all our resources..so we're starving now....

Human population control - does it still sounds fair to use a rifle? You decide

Speak to you all tomorrow!

Find me, Find me!!!

Hi all

I found out the most coolest thing ever!!! EEk I'm so excited...maybe you won't be impressed but i sure was.

If you thought that we had discovered all the animals in the world, well then my lil friend your ignorance was not bliss, it was a pair of Raine's holding your horsey butt back from the world of OOHH's and AAHH's. We still to this day discover new species of animals! Isn't that cool? It's like we are in the days where country's were being discovered, flash backs of sailing the sea's in search for land - ( Except in our case it's animals and we can fly there :) It's still cool anyway.

AH, the thought of the unknown! ( staring into the distance, dramatically thinking of this subject )

Well in 2010 they found lots of new lil animals but the one i want to tell you about is by far the coolest thing i have ever seen!

TADA...(unveiling of the coolness)

This lil froggie ( no my feeling towards these yukky creatures have still not changed, but i am intrigued, not so much that i would actually touch it ) has no pigmentation, so basically you can see right through him, you can see his heart pump and all his organs function. You can see all of his organs - yes, I'm repeating myself but OMG, i can't get over it.

WEIRD RIGHT?

You gotta wonder who decided to make a see-through froggie...to me i feel like this frog has been given something a lot of animals wish they could have, a type of "charades game" voice...he may not be able to speak but you can tell alot about what he is going through just by looking at him, he's telling you something, even if it is only via science.

Lucky lil thing...and how bizarre is it that with in the whole time the world we know has been about not once has anybody seen this type of frog...and only in 2010 ( where technology is so advanced ) did they discover him, that's stupid really. We can do so much, work on computers, play games that work by our movement, do open heart surgery, damn i can go on with this list forever...but not once did we see a see-through frog?

I really feel that this just proves that we haven't learnt everything there is to know about animals and that we should actually take the time to acknowledge their existence and try to understand them as they are just as apart of this world as we are and in fact with out them we couldn't really survive. We need to work hand in hand with them as they might lead us to alot more discoveries...i know it's hard to believe but probably beyond xbox..hehe.

The only catch when it comes to the life of this frog is that it lives in the rain forests in Central and South America..and you know the life span of the rain forests there...day by day it gets worse!

So my Friday message is - take a look at the animals in this world because they can teach you alot and who knows maybe if you give them a chance they could tell you alot about yourself,....just by looking through you.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Kindness and Hope...esp to the see through froggie....SOOO COOOL

"Miracle soy beans" is a fact of the future.

I'm a lil complex creature...if you haven't already noticed...i have a passion for fighting for animals yet i feel that it is important to fight for our planet too.

Being Vegan doesn't only mean you are making a stand against the animal utilizing world we live in today, it also means that you are fighting for a greener planet...isn't that cool...YAY!!

Making a healthy stand for justice not only fights for your cause but it has a ripple effect on many more things. Take Veganism for example...

This is a fact we should all know but if you didn't I'll clue you in, here's some factual stat's -
It takes 9 463.52946 litres to make 0.45359237 kilograms of meat.
Big numbers huh!
The water that goes into making 0.45359237 kilograms of meat can keep afloat a small fast lightly armored but heavily armed warship (destroyer).
HECTIC!!!

So basically in a fancy way I'm trying to say that we are wasting a hec load of water on producing meat!
REASON 1 COMPLETE.

Another fact...
It takes 674.48 square metres to feed one person food that is not animal derived for a whole year, ok so how big is that actually? Well our well known South African rugby fields are 6800 square metres... so to roughly estimate it's about a 6th of the field...N.B...A WHOLE YEAR!!!Think of how many starving people we could feed, world hunger combated, woosh. And it can all happen by cutting down the numbers of cows we need for meat since they are taking up the land.
REASON 2 COMPLETE.

Let's try again...
With in the whole cattle to shop meat movement ( if you don't know the process it goes like this ) -
Factory housing-------------------------BAD
Irrigation--------------------------------BAD
Trucking--------------------------------BAD
Refrigeration----------------------------BAD
As well as Petrochemical Fertilizer.........GET THE JUST?
This whole process uses stax of energy and we get this energy from gasoline.......it all needs petrol...how much petrol you ask? Well it takes 3.78541178 litres of petrol to produce 0.45359237 kilograms of meat.
REASON 3 COMPLETE

And lastly,
I thank mother nature everyday for soy beans...i use/eat so many soy bean products it's insane! It's such a clever lil bean :)
Milk and cheese and Vienna's, schnitzels, hamburger patty's, sausages, chip dip, tofu, nuggets, mince, yogurt, ice cream, cream...EEEEEK i can go on forever and forever..thank you lil soy bean. My theory is soy beans can save the world! Really, i have a fact...if we took 9.0718474 kilograms of soy beans and fed it to a cow,it will give us 0.45359237 kilograms of meat, YUK. But if we took the same amount of soy miracles it could help all the starving people in the world!
REASON 4 COMPLETE

No more reason's needed i think.

Basically what us vegans hope for is that more and more people stop eating meat so that the companies that produce the meat will have to cut down there fast manufacturing process's there isn't such a demand...and slowly our planet will benefit to.

I HOPE WE DON'T TAKE MUCH LONGER BECAUSE THE CREATURES AND THE WORLD CAN'T TAKE IT MUCH MORE, AS GREEN THINKERS KNOW.

This doesn't mean I'm pushing the world to become Vegan, hell it would be nice but it's not the point I'm trying to make. Even if you cut out eating meat for one day, you are really helping a lot, you wouldn't think so but you are. One day...one salad and sandwich and stir fry...it's a breeze!

Think smart, care fully and smile cause it's a "beep" load of fun.
