Warren Robertson

Hi all

I went to a comedy show in the new casino in Sandton and a guy named Mark Robertson was MC.

He aproached me and asked for me to give him a subject to write a poem on, so ofcourse i chose a hard one...animal testing.

I waited for him to make some ridicul about animals but he said the complete opposite, he totally was on our Animal rights activist side, it was great seeing some one make a form of comedy of a very dull subject.

Here's his poem:

Animal testing is not funny
thing to subject on a little bunny
his twitvhy nose, his glossy fur
are far to cute, i'm sure you concur

And i agree that testings wrong
why cant we all just get along
Yet men in coats take animals behind closed doors
and press a pencil in their paws

And make them write, count and read
without any of the lessons they need
And people call it a dilema
when they score lower marks than Malema.

You guys should see him, he definatley kept the audience in tow ( although my in laws to be constantley attach themselves to shows).

On another note i drank a cup of milo with soy milk thinking i was in one way doing a step in the right direction, i then decided to check the ingrediants of milo...MILK MILK and more MILK.

So that's it bye bye milo.

Some times when i feel like i'm losing out on the things i enjoy, i just remind myself one thing.

'BEING VEGETARIAN IS A WAY OF LIFE, BUT BEING VEGAN IS A PROTEST"

So i'm staying true to my soul.
I ordered Alicia Silverstone's book 'the kind diet' as i'm trying to get tasty meals to try ease my self in. For those of you who want to buy it, here's a suggestion. Don't by it at Exclusive books, it's like R400 and something Rand...WTF...when did the liberation of reading a book become so expensive?
So on Kalahari.net i got it for R290.
Now it's just waiting for it to be delivered...tick tock tick tock....eeee...i'm so excited.

K gotta dash

Chat later
